Santos Ltd., Adelaide, has acquired 100% of Quadrant Energy Ltd., Perth, for $2.15 billion. The acquisition includes Quadrant’s 80% share of the Dorado oil and gas discovery in the Bedout subbasin offshore Western Australia.
