Thunder Creek Gas Services LLC,
a subsidiary of Meritage Midstream Services II LLC, has acquired
midstream assets in the southern portion of Wyoming’s Powder River basin
from Devon Energy Production Co. LP, a wholly owned subsidiary of Devon Energy Corp.
