Key Petroleum Ltd., Perth, has acquired 100% ownership of three
exploration permits in the Cooper and Eromanga basins of southwestern
Queensland from Drillsearch Energy Pty. Ltd., a subsidiary of
Adelaide-based Beach Energy Ltd.
