Discovery DJ Services LLC, the operating company of Discovery Midstream Partners, Dallas, has let a contract to BCCK Holding Co., Midland, Tex., to deliver engineering, procurement, and construction for a 225-MMcfd cryogenic gas processing plant in Weld County, Colo.
