The Exxon Mobil-led Mozambique Rovuma Venture SPA submitted its development plan to Mozambique’s government for the first phase of the Rovuma LNG project, which will produce, liquefy, and market natural gas from Mamba fields in Area 4 block offshore Mozambique.
