Eni SPA reported start-up of a new production well in Vandumbu field, about 350 km northwest of Luanda and 130 km west of Soyo, in the West Hub of Block 15/06, offshore Angola. VAN-102 start-up, via the N’Goma floating production, storage, and offloading vessel, follows start-up of the second subsea multiphase boosting system (SMBS), and achieved a performance of about 13,000 bbl.
