David Dell’Osso will become executive vice-president and chief operating officer of Parsley Energy Inc., Austin, effective Oct. 9. He will succeed Matt Gallagher, who will remain president until appointment as president and chief executive officer, which is expected to occur on Jan. 1, 2019.
