Black Sea Oil & Gas SRL (BSOG), Bucharest, a subsidiary of Carlyle Investment Management LLC’s Carlyle International Energy Partners LP, Washington, DC, has let a contract to Xodus Group Ltd., Aberdeen, to provide front-end engineering and design of offshore and onshore installations for its Midia gas development project in the Black Sea offshore Romania.
