Mongolia breaks ground on country’s first refinery

Mongolia’s government has started construction of the country’s first refinery on 150 hectares in Altanshiree Soum in the southeastern province of Dornogovi. Rajnath Singh, India’s minister for home affairs, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the refinery on June 22 in Altanshiree, according to posts from Singh’s official social media accounts.  Source: News

BLM issues final EIS for major natural gas project in Wyoming

The US Bureau of Land Management issued a final environmental impact statement for the proposed Normally Pressured Lance natural gas development project in Wyoming. The June 21 action came about 30 days before a final decision was reached on the project, which would be south and west of Jonah field in Sublette County. Source: News
