ExxonMobil to merge R&M divisions, appoints president
ExxonMobil Corp. reported it will combine its refining and marketing operations into a single company—ExxonMobil Fuels & Lubricants Co.—in first-quarter 2018. Bryan Milton, currently president of ExxonMobil Fuels, Lubricants & Specialties Marketing Co., was appointed president of the combined division by the company’s board, effective Jan. 1, 2018. Total wraps Antwerp refinery modernization
Total SA has commissioned several units as part of a more than €1-billion modernization of its 338,000-b/d Antwerp refining and petrochemical complex.
