EIA: US crude stockpiles leap 14.4 million bbl
US commercial crude oil inventories, excluding those in the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, surged during the week ended Oct. 28 with an increase of 14.4 million bbl compared with the previous week’s total. 3D seismic survey announced for Sharjah
