Army Corps of Engineers defers Dakota Access decision for more talks

Atlantic LNG gas production down 30% in 2016
Trinidad and Tobago’s natural gas shortage has worsened and has led to Atlantic LNG’s (ALNG) production being down by close 30% this year. Even worse, the company’s Chief Executive Officer Nigel Darlow has signaled that in 2017 production is projected to be down by 35%. Source: News
EIA: DUC well count in major US oil, gas regions up 58 in October
The count of drilled but uncompleted (DUC) wells in the seven major oil- and gas-producing regions of the US grew by 58 in October to 5,155, with increases in the Permian basin more than offsetting declines in the neighboring Eagle Ford shale, the US Energy Information Administration reported Nov. 14.
